Chicken, Rice and Tomato Spinach Wrap Lunchbox

I create some pretty neat lunchboxes for my wife. Obviously, I want to provide her with great food. But I also want to give her a smile when she opens the box. I've decided to post the lunchboxes, without the recipes. You can select the 'lunchboxes' link on the sidebar and view all of them. 

A Great Lunchbox Wrap

This was quite the lunchbox. The wrap is outstanding itself. But the rest of the components are pretty cool too. The Mission Garden Spinach Wrap contains sushi rice, grilled italian chicken, spinach, arugula, tomato, bean sprouts and avocado with a Caesar Dressing. The top level has Jordan Almonds, strawberries, grapes, wheat thins and a White Chocolate Macadamia Nut Cookie. I had to break the Macadamia Nut cookie into two pieces so that it would fit the space. I think this is a great Lunchbox Masterpiece.
