Homemade Hummus & Chicken Tortilla Lunchbox
This LunchBox features a tortilla wrapped with mostly homemade ingredients. In fact, the hummus is homemade AND include homegrown, sun dried olive, basil, and oregano tomatoes. I'll add links to those recipes when I can, or you can use the search box to the right.
About Potato Chip Sandwich
According to some people, men can't tell time, can't follow directions and can't cook. That's simply not true. The owner and author of the site, me.. Stan Bush can cook. This site is simply a way for me to keep up with my recipes without putting it into my other 10 or so blogs. Everything is Google-ized, so it's connected to all my other stuff. This site gets it's name from road trips when I was in my 20's. By the time we would head home all we could afford was a loaf of bread and some potato chips.

Chicken, Rice and Tomato Spinach Wrap Lunchbox
I create some pretty neat lunchboxes for my wife. Obviously, I want to provide her with great food. But I also want to give her a smile when she opens the box. I've decided to post the lunchboxes, without the recipes. You can select the 'lunchboxes' link on the sidebar and view all of them.

Tortilla, Jordan Almonds, Macadamia Cookies Lunchblox
May 7, 2015 Lunchbox
This lunch box was pretty spectacular, if I do say so myself. I wanted to do something sort of light. Wraps fit that description, since it's not a lot of bread. The fillings also lean to the healthier side. Refried bean base, avocado, lettuce, tomato, and black beans on the top give it plenty of flavor. Especially when you sprinkle it with fresh ground pepper and sea salt. I also cut up fresh oregano, basil, and thyme to sprinkle on it. This was such a deviation from my normal lunch box. My wife promised not to look at it until lunch. When she did, she was really surprised.
