I wanted some popcorn. I had already made Italian, Hot Chocolate, and Buttered Banana Bread Popcorn this week. I wanted something different. So I do what I always do. I looked in my pantry hoping something would 'pop out' at me. I didn't have anything any particular I was looking for. Being open minded allowed me to run across a Strawberry Ice Cream Mix. I wasn't sure how old the mix was, and I thought about how sticky it might be. But mostly I thought about how much I like ice cream. So I decide to give it a try. You should too.

Yeah. That's about it. Put the mix on while the popcorn is still hot. It will make it stick better. If you want the mix to stick even better, put some melted butter on it. This site gets it's name from road trips when I was in my 20's. By the time we would head home all we could afford was a loaf of bread and some potato chips.
