Clementine Cake

My Friend In The UK Suggested A Clementine Cake. So I mixed it up in the blender. It was really good. Moist and stuff. The kind of stuff that tastes good when you bite into it. I'm not sure how much fiber, omega oil, and vitamins are in it. But frankly, I don't care. This cake is really good.  So here are the ingredients. Or you can just watch the video and use that as a guide.

The Ingredients:

  • Some clementines, I used 6 small ones. 4 mediums would probably work too.
  • 6 egges
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 2 cups ground almonds
  • some baking powder

The video will show you how, but basically you boil the clementines, cut them in half, remove the seeds, and then add everything else into the blender. Then set your oven to 375 degrees Farenheit. Pour all of it into a buttered 8 inch springform pan. Put it in the oven and cook it until the toothpick comes out clean.

Cut it and eat it. You don't have to be a rocket surgeon to do this. So get started, and tell me if you like it.
